FAQ and How to Print
What am I actually buying?
A digital file, not a physical print. After checkout you get a download link by email straight away, and it is also on your order confirmation page. Nothing ships.
Each Creation comes as four JPEG files at 300 DPI, one for each print size, plus a how-to-print guide and your licence.
What sizes do I get?
- 4 x 6 in (1200 x 1800 px)
- 8 x 12 in (2400 x 3600 px)
- 12 x 18 in (3600 x 5400 px)
- 16 x 24 in (4800 x 7200 px)
All four are the same artwork at the same proportions. Pick whichever matches your frame. They print beautifully up to 16 x 24 inches.
Where do I print it?
Anywhere that prints photos. A few options, roughly cheapest first:
- A local print shop or office supply store. Take the file on a USB stick or email it to them. Ask for matte or lustre photo paper.
- An online print service. Upload the file and have it posted to you.
- At home. Works well up to 8 x 12 on decent photo paper. Larger than that, a shop will do a better job.
Ask for no scaling or 100 percent so the printer does not crop or stretch the image. The included PDF guide covers this.
Why does the colour look different when printed?
Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so a print will never match a screen exactly. Every printer and paper stock is different too. This is normal and it is not a fault with the file.
If colour accuracy matters to you, ask your print shop for a proof before running the full size.
Can I frame it?
Yes, and it is worth it. Standard frames in those four sizes are easy to find. A mat board makes a small print look considerably more expensive than it was.
What can I do with the file?
Print it as many times as you like for your own home, or as a gift for someone else.
You may not resell or share the files, sell prints made from them, or use the artwork commercially. A commercial licence is available, so get in touch if you need one.
Is this AI artwork?
Yes. Every piece in this shop was created using AI tools, and every listing says so. We would rather tell you plainly than let you find out later.
Can I get a refund?
Digital sales are final, because you have the files the moment you pay. If a file is corrupt, will not open, or is the wrong artwork, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
What about the mugs and hoodies?
Those are real, physical, and they ship. They are printed to order by our print partners and sent directly to you, so they take a few days to make before they post. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves the facility.
Something went wrong. Who do I talk to?
Use the contact page and include your order number. Real person, reasonable timeframe.
