## Refund Policy

### Digital downloads

All sales of digital downloads are final. Because you receive the files immediately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been accessed.

**Exceptions.** We will replace the files or refund you in full if:

- the files are corrupt, will not open, or are missing from your download
- you received the wrong artwork
- you were charged more than once for the same order

Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will sort it out. If a file simply will not download, contact us before requesting a refund. It is almost always fixable.

**What is not a defect.** Color on your screen will not match color off a printer, and no two printers match each other. Print size is limited to the sizes supplied. Neither is grounds for a refund.

**EU and UK customers.** *(Have this clause reviewed.)* By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you agree to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel within 14 days once the download begins.

### Printed products

Printed items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

We will replace or refund an item that arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. Contact us within [30] days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the problem.
