## Shipping Policy

### Digital downloads

Nothing ships. Your download link arrives by email immediately after payment, and is also available on the order confirmation page.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.

### Printed products

Printed items are produced to order by our print partners and shipped directly from their facility.

- Production: typically [2 to 7] business days
- Shipping: typically [3 to 8] business days within the United States, longer internationally
- Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the facility

Orders containing both digital and printed items will deliver the digital part immediately and ship the printed part separately.

Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
